Base Layer/Primer
The base layer consists of a 100% conductive solids epoxy polymer, forming a highly conductive ground plane. This ground plane provides the foundation for the floor's electrically conductive network.

Mid-Coat
The core layer is composed of an extremely hard aggregate that's permanently embedded into the base layer, further increasing the floor's overall strength. Within this aggregate mixture are virtually indestructible, electrically conductive carbide bits. With 14,400 carbide bits per square foot, the core layer provides millions of paths to ground, resulting in consistent ESD protection, while eliminating the risk of nonconductive voids.

The Protective Top Layer
The protective top layer contains a conductive matrix that's suspended within 100% solids polymer. This conductive top layer provides a seamless, high gloss wear surface with superior abrasion and chemical resistance, as well as excellent cleanability and scuff resistance.
